Technical Institute of Kirkuk.

It is the first point of scientific and cultural radiation, established in this ancient province in 1976, to embrace this venerable institute with the eternal fire of Kirkuk, to add radiant light to its skies, and to draw signs of brightness on the future of its graduates. It currently includes fifteen scientific departments in engineering, administrative and medical specialties.
